How to Request a Return

Send an email to info@anchorshock.nl to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.

EU Legal Cooling-off Period

When delivered in the European Union, you have a legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days — for any reason, without providing a reason. The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Exchanges

Return the item and purchase the desired item separately once the return has been accepted. This is the fastest way to receive the correct item.

Damaged or wrong item?

Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Please contact us immediately via info@anchorshock.nl if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will resolve it quickly for you.
