Which size Anchor Shock do I need?

Small for boats 4.9–5.5 m (16–18 feet), Medium for 5.5–6.4 m (18–21 feet), Large for 6.4–7.3 m (21–24 feet). If in doubt, choose the larger size.

Does the Anchor Shock also work for mooring?

Yes. The Anchor Shock is suitable for both anchoring and mooring to jetties, buoys, and quays.

Can I use two Anchor Shocks simultaneously?

Absolutely—we even recommend it. A pair provides maximum stability, especially for long-term anchoring, bad weather, or heavy boats.

Is the Anchor Shock suitable for saltwater?

Yes. The stainless steel components and UV-resistant cord are specially designed for use in both fresh and saltwater.

How long does an Anchor Shock last?

With normal use and proper maintenance, several seasons. After use in saltwater, rinse with fresh water and store in a dry, cool place.

How do I maintain my Anchor Shock?

Rinse with fresh water after each use. Store dry and out of direct sunlight. Regularly check the cord and fasteners for wear. Replace if elasticity is reduced or visible damage occurs.

How quickly will my order be delivered?

Within the Netherlands, 1–2 business days. Orders placed on business days before 6:00 PM will be processed the same day.

What are the shipping costs?

€7.50 within the Netherlands. Free shipping on orders over €150. EU: €15.00. International: €19.95.

Can I track my order?

Yes. After shipping, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email. We ship via PostNL (NL/BE) and FedEx (EU/international).

Can I return a product?

Yes, you have a 14-day right of return after receipt. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please request a return first via info@anchorshock.nl.

How long is the warranty?

All AnchorShock products come with a 5-year warranty. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or improper use.

I received a damaged or incorrect item. What should I do?
