SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping within Europe
We ship our Anchorshock marine damping systems to all countries within the European Union. Orders are processed and dispatched through our logistics partners.

Delivery times
- The Netherlands: 1-2 working days
- Belgium, Germany: 2-4 working days  
- Other EU countries: 5-7 working days

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on availability and destination.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination of your order.

Track & Trace
You will receive a Track & Trace code by email as soon as your order has been dispatched, so you can follow your shipment.

Delivery
Our carriers deliver to the address provided. Please make sure someone is present to receive the order. If nobody is home, a card will be left with instructions.
