2. What data do we collect?

We process the following personal data:

  • —Delivery and billing address
  • —Email address and phone number
  • —Payment details (processed via Shopify Payments / external payment providers)
  • —Order history and communication
  • —IP address and browser data (via cookies)

3. Why do we process your data?

  • —Execution of the agreement: processing and delivering your order
  • —Legal obligation: retaining invoices and accounting records (7 years)
  • —Legitimate interest: customer service, fraud and return processing
  • —Consent: newsletter and marketing emails (only if you subscribe)

4. Retention periods

Customer data is stored for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Financial data is stored for 7 years in accordance with the legal retention obligation. Newsletter data is stored until you unsubscribe.

5. Sharing with third parties

We only share your data with parties necessary for the performance of our services:

  • —PostNL and FedEx (delivery)
  • —Payment providers (iDEAL, Klarna, PayPal, etc.)

We never sell your data to third parties.

We reserve the right to amend this privacy statement. The most current version will always be available on our website. In the event of significant changes, we will inform you via email.
