All offers on our website are non-binding. Prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated. AnchorShock EU reserves the right to change prices and product specifications without prior notice.

3. Orders

An agreement is concluded when you receive an email confirmation of your order. AnchorShock EU reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders.

4. Payment

Payment must be made using the payment methods offered on our website. The order will only be processed after full payment has been received.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are indicative and apply from the moment of payment. Delay in delivery does not entitle you to compensation or dissolution of the agreement, unless the delay is unreasonably long.

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product without giving any reason, in accordance with European law for online purchases.

7. Warranty

AnchorShock EU guarantees that all products meet the usual requirements and standards. The statutory warranty period applies. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or improper use.

8. Liability

AnchorShock EU is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or lost profit resulting from the use of our products, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to products, website content, and brands belong to AnchorShock EU. It is not permitted to use these without permission.
