An agreement is concluded when you receive an email confirmation of your order. AnchorShock EU reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders.

Payment must be made using the payment methods offered on our website. The order will only be processed after full payment has been received.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are indicative and apply from the moment of payment. Delay in delivery does not entitle you to compensation or dissolution of the agreement, unless the delay is unreasonably long.

AnchorShock EU guarantees that all products meet the usual requirements and standards. The statutory warranty period applies. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or improper use.
